About Triumph Home Inspection

Guy Miner, owner of Triumph Home Inspection, is experienced in all aspects of residential construction from the foundation to the roof. For over 10 years he worked in a variety of construction-related positions in building and remodeling residential properties. He was an electrician apprentice and he has experience in framing, plumbing, carpentry, roofing, siding, and flooring. He has completed projects ranging from minor renovations to additions to complete construction of residential properties. For over 20 years he worked in management in the automobile and manufacturing industries. He has combined his experience in the construction industry with his management skills and his passion for real estate to become a home inspector.

Guy is a Certified Home Inspector with InterNACHI, the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, Inc., and he is a member of CAHI, the Connecticut Association of Home Inspectors.

Triumph Home Inspection works exclusively for you! Guy personally inspects the property and provides a detailed report with photographs that provides information about many of the major components of the home and identifies potential problem areas or maintenance issues related to the home. He is available post-inspection to answer any questions you may have. Guy never inspects more than 2 houses per day to allow time to perform a thorough and complete inspection of your property, and to promptly provide you with a detailed, written report. Most reports are delivered electronically within a few hours of the completion of the inspection.
