Home Buyer Inspection
Purchasing a home is one of the biggest investments you will make. The process is exciting but can also be stressful. Triumph Home Inspection will help reduce the stress by performing a comprehensive visual home buyer inspection of key elements of the house to enable you to make an informed decision before completing the purchase of your home. We perform a visual inspection of basic components of the home as well as some major components including structure, foundation, roof, attic, heating and cooling equipment, electrical, and plumbing. See our Inspection Services page for a complete list. We can also perform radon testing and water quality testing at your request for an additional cost.
A home buyer inspection is a visual examination of readily-accessible systems and components of a home to evaluate the home’s condition. We test or operate various items within the home to verify they are working properly. A thorough home buyer inspection will help identify defects or repairs needed as well as safety concerns that may affect the home’s value. We will also show you how various systems work.
We encourage our clients to attend the inspection so that you may ask questions and raise concerns while the inspection is taking place and so that we may explain our findings to you. We will also explain how some systems work and point out utility shut offs and some routine maintenance procedures. However, if you are unable to attend the inspection, we will provide you with a comprehensive easy to read report that outlines our inspection and findings in an easy to understand format, and we are always available for post-inspection questions.
